On-line Webex Support provides you fast
and efficient software support.
We have now expanded our service capabilities to include on-line, real time systems
support. If your software problem cannot be fixed over the phone, we can provide
live ‘hands-on’ support for your software. Our Webex support system
allows our System Engineers to log onto your PC through Internet Explorer to
research and view your problem. We are committed to keeping your system running
efficiently.
Our goal in
service is to maximize response time and minimize downtime. Our
service goal for general repair is a four-hour response,
with on-site repair time of two hours or less.
We pride ourselves in our efficient and professional support services
